CLEANCARE TRANSPORT & ERRANDS LLC PRIVACY POLICY
(Last Updated: September 20, 2026)
At CleanCare Transport & Errands LLC (“CleanCare”), we respect your privacy. Because our transportation and errand services require customers to provide certain personal information, we want you to understand what information we collect, why we need it, and how we handle it.
We have written this policy in straightforward language so our customers and their families can easily understand our privacy practices.
1. Information We Collect and Why We Need It
When you request a ride through our website, contact us by telephone or text message, or otherwise request a CleanCare service, we may collect information such as:
Your Name and Contact Information
We use this information to communicate with you about ride requests, confirmations, scheduling changes, pricing, and other service-related matters.
Pickup and Destination Information
We need pickup and destination addresses, dates, and times to plan and provide transportation.
Transportation and Mobility Information
You may provide information necessary to help us determine whether we can safely accommodate your transportation needs, such as whether you use a cane, folding walker, or folding/manual wheelchair.
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your transportation or service request. Do not submit medical diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, detailed medical records, financial account information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through our website forms.
2. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Your personal information is not a product.
CleanCare does not sell or rent customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, trip information, or travel history to marketing companies.
We limit access to customer and trip information to people who reasonably need it to coordinate or provide services or operate our business.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, protect the safety or rights of a passenger or another person, work with service providers supporting our operations, or otherwise administer a service requested by the customer.
3. Healthcare-Related Transportation and Sensitive Information
CleanCare frequently transports customers to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation, therapy, dialysis, outpatient services, pharmacies, and other healthcare-related destinations.
We treat information concerning those trips with care and discretion and do not publicly disclose a customer's medical conditions, healthcare destinations, or personal healthcare choices.
However, CleanCare is a private transportation and errand provider and is not a hospital, medical practice, health insurer, ambulance service, or emergency medical provider.
Our website forms are not intended for the submission of detailed medical records or diagnoses. Customers should provide only transportation-related information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate and coordinate a requested service.
4. Privacy During Transportation
Privacy and safety are important to CleanCare throughout the transportation experience.
CleanCare does not publicly post a passenger's private trip information, healthcare destination, personal circumstances, or other nonpublic information without appropriate permission, except when disclosure may be required by law or reasonably necessary for safety.
We similarly ask passengers, family members, caregivers, and other accompanying persons to respect the privacy of themselves, CleanCare personnel, other passengers, healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals encountered during a trip.
For your own privacy and the privacy of others, we strongly encourage you to avoid providing unnecessary personal details or specific identifying information about yourself, your driver, the vehicle, your healthcare providers, businesses, caregivers, or other individuals involved in your care or services.
This is especially important when using public websites, AI applications or services, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Nextdoor, online forums, or other digital services where information may be viewed, processed, stored, or shared beyond the people you originally intended to reach.
This includes, when appropriate, avoiding the public sharing of real-time locations, detailed trip schedules or routes, private healthcare information, license plate information, nonpublic information about a driver, or photographs and videos taken during an active trip without appropriate permission.
If you have a concern involving a ride, scheduling, driver conduct, safety, or customer service, we encourage you to contact CleanCare directly so that we have an opportunity to understand and address the matter promptly.
Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent a customer from providing an honest review or feedback about their experience after the service has been completed and the passenger has reached the final destination, reporting a concern to an appropriate authority, seeking professional advice, or exercising any right available under applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services and Website Technology
CleanCare may use third-party technology and service providers to operate our website, communications, forms, scheduling, payment processing, or other business functions.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.
Our website may also contain links to outside websites or community resources. CleanCare is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated websites.
6. Data Security
CleanCare takes reasonable steps to protect personal information under our control. However, no website, email, text message, electronic form, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
For this reason, customers should not send unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, insurance, or medical information through ordinary website forms, email, or text messages.
In most circumstances, CleanCare does not need detailed medical, insurance, financial, or other highly sensitive personal information to provide routine transportation or errand services. Please do not provide this information unless it is specifically requested and reasonably necessary for a particular situation.
In unusual circumstances during transportation—such as an unexpected illness, medical emergency, emergency stop, or other situation involving the passenger's health or safety—CleanCare personnel or emergency responders may need to ask the passenger for certain personal, medical, emergency-contact, or identification information.
If the passenger is unable to communicate, information that is reasonably available may be provided to or obtained by emergency responders or other appropriate personnel when necessary to assist the passenger and protect their health or safety.
Whenever possible, CleanCare will limit the information requested, used, or disclosed to what is reasonably necessary for the situation. Security
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
CleanCare may update this Privacy Policy periodically as our services, technology, or legal requirements change. The most current version will be posted on our website with the date it was last updated.
